Few artists achieve true greatness and fewer artists have a talent to span generations.

David Bowie born (David Robert Jones) January 8th 1947 is one of the most iconic artists of the last century. Many musicians have their “decade in the sun” – They become the sound of that era. Bowie broke free from the shackles of his 70’s persona and then his 80’s, and 90’s, and kept on doing so until his death in 2016.

Everyone has a favourite “bowie” whether it’s 70’s Ziggy Stardust Bowie, or 80’s Let’s Dance Bowie or the more avantgarde Bowie of later years. His ability to take on new artistic challenges resulted in a legacy of great music. In today’s feature we’re going to look at five of our favourite tracks.
